为什它会存在于我们的铸造锻造企业的热处理车间这都是因为中频炉的工作稳定性、可靠性还有的就是安全性的优点。这些优点都是流水作业的铸造锻造及热处理生产线正常稳定工作的重要保证。其实中频炉除了这些优点之外，还有更多的就是启动性能好，无论是空炉也好，满炉也好，都可以达到百分之百的的启动，这启动还能自觉的搅拌，不用人手的插入，也能利用好熔炼的温度将金属成分均匀地分开。再来哦，中频炉是放在室内的，所以与感应加热炉和煤炉相比，工人就不用再受到炎炎类日下煤炉的烘烤和烟熏了，这样相对来说，中频炉的工作环境不就是更加优越吗而且这样优越的工作的环境，还能达到生态部门的各项指标要求，可以树立起公司的外在形象。从这里我们可以看出中频炉的优点多多，但还有一个优点对与中国甚至世界也很重要的，那就是无污染，低耗能，而且还节省材料与成本，提高中频炉的使用寿命。由于中频炉的加热方式升温速度快，所以氧化极少，而且当中频炉加热锻件时的氧化烧损只有小小的百分之零点五，如果是没气了加热的话，那么氧化烧损就有百分之二了，燃煤炉就有百分之三了。相对开来只知道，中频炉的加热工艺可以帮我们节省材料，从每吨的锻件和烧煤炉相比至少可以节约钢材原材料的20到50千克，而利用率还能达到百分之九十五以上。而且还因为中频炉的加热方式加热均匀，所以芯表温差极小，这样就可以在锻造方面上大大增加了锻模的寿命。

This startup can also consciously stir, without manual insertion, and can also use the melting temperature to evenly separate the metal components. Again, the medium frequency furnace is placed indoors, so compared to induction heating furnaces and coal stoves, workers no longer need to be exposed to the baking and smoke of hot coal stoves. In this way, the working environment of the medium frequency furnace is relatively superior. Moreover, this superior working environment can also meet the various indicators and requirements of the environmental protection department, and can establish the external image of the company. From here, we can see that there are many advantages of intermediate frequency furnaces, but there is also an important advantage for China and even the world, which is pollution-free, low energy consumption, and also saves materials and costs, improving the service life of intermediate frequency furnaces. Due to the fast heating speed of the medium frequency furnace, there is very little oxidation, and when the medium frequency furnace heats the forging, the oxidation and burning loss is only 0.5%. If there is no gas left for heating, the oxidation and burning loss will be 2%, and 3% for coal-fired furnaces. Relatively speaking, we only know that the heating process of the intermediate frequency furnace can help us save materials, saving at least 20 to 50 kilograms of steel raw materials per ton of forgings compared to coal-fired furnaces, and the utilization rate can reach over 95%. Moreover, due to the uniform heating method of the intermediate frequency furnace, the temperature difference between the core and surface is extremely small, which can greatly increase the lifespan of the forging die in terms of forging.
