Medium frequency electric furnace construction process
1、 耐材施工前装置检查
1. Equipment inspection before refractory construction
炉体组装完毕→通电、通水，液压试压试车合格→修复可能损坏的耐火材料。
After
the assembly of the furnace body is completed, power and water are
connected, and the hydraulic pressure test is qualified. Repair any
refractory materials that may be damaged.
2、坩埚模的制作
2. Production of crucible molds
2.1 应严格按照图纸要求制作。
2.1 The production should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawings.

2.2 The crucible mold should be kept concentric to ensure uniform thickness of the side walls of the crucible.
2.3 所有坩埚模的外侧面焊缝需打磨平整，坩埚模的工作面焊缝需铲除焊皮，不准油漆。

The outer side welds of all crucible molds must be polished flat, and
the working surface welds of the crucible molds must be stripped of the
welding skin and no paint is allowed.
2.4 重复性使用坩埚要求整洁平整严禁打孔，如果坩埚模要在炉衬烧结时随炉熔化掉，沿坩埚侧壁圆周及底部以300 mm左右的间隔钻出 Æ 3 mm 的排气孔，应在使用前在内腔用胶带将孔封堵，不得使用风焊割洞。

Repetitive use of crucibles requires cleanliness and flatness. It is
strictly prohibited to punch holes. If the crucible mold needs to melt
down with the furnace during the sintering of the furnace lining,
exhaust holes of approximately 3mm should be drilled along the
circumference and bottom of the crucible side wall at intervals of about
300mm. The holes should be sealed with tape in the inner cavity before
use, and air welding should not be used to cut the holes.
3、线圈涂抹层的修补
3. Repair of coil coating layer
3.1 所有位于工作区域内的筑炉工作人员应穿戴好劳动防护用品，并将口袋中的易掉杂物取出，放在工作区外。
3.1
All furnace workers located in the work area should wear labor
protective equipment and remove any easily falling debris from their
pockets and place them outside the work area.
3.2 作线圈涂抹层局部损坏处修补时，将线圈涂抹层上的所有杂物清理掉，然后用线圈涂抹料作必要的修补。注意，涂抹层修补后，要保持表面光滑、平整及同心。
3.2
When repairing the local damage of the coil coating layer, remove all
debris on the coil coating layer, and then use the coil coating material
for necessary repairs. Note that after repairing the coating, the
surface should be kept smooth, flat, and concentric.
