目前,对于行业比较常用的SCR全桥并联逆变中频电源,变压器容量和电源的数值关系:变压器容量的数值 = 电源功率的数值 x 1.2,对于IGBT半桥串联逆变中频电源也叫一拖二中频炉,一台熔炼、一台保温两台同时工作。

以下的中频电源一般采用三相五线制 380V,50HZ 工业用电,配置 6 脉冲单整流中频电源;对于 1000KW 以上的中频电源一般使用
660V 进线电压,部分厂家也会使用575V 或 750V,但是这是非标电压登记,在购买配件的时候有难度,不建议选用。
